There aren’t enough compliments that I could give Kerry.
She exceeded our expectations. I met Kerry at an open house while we were just browsing, not seriously looking. We went to an open house and she was the selling agent. She was very nice and greeted us, answered all of our questions, and I left with a great impression of her. Even though we didn’t have an agent yet, I emailed her a few questions and she responded back about the house. That’s another thing that stuck with me. Come time, we were finally ready to make the move to purchase a home. I looked up my old emails and found our emails and found her number. I called and ask her some questions, which she answered. We got the ball rolling and started looking at homes. Never once was she pushy or trying to stir us in any way. She wanted to make sure that whatever home we chose that it was going to the right one, even if it took looking for months. Every time I wanted to see a home she was ready and willing, and if she wasn’t she would find a colleague to show us. When it came to putting in a offer she was so knowledgeable and gave us so much information about how we could be competitive with our offer. When we did get an offer accepted, Kerry got the ball rolling and we got to doing all the home inspections. She suggested an inspection with the pipes and save us thousands in the long run because there were roots. The AC needed to be replaced and we were able to get that resolved with the help of the sellers agent Kirby Smith, who is also amazing. Kerry and Kirby worked so well together to make this deal happen. What I appreciated the most about the both of them were their integrity. They made sure that this home was going to serve our family for years to come. Even after the sale was completed both agents followed up with us and we are so appreciative. I would highly recommend Kerry to any of my friends and family. She is amazing!

Kerry was phenomenal from beginning to end.
I've worked with a couple realtors in the past on homes that I didn't end up purchasing due to being out bid and in the end I always felt they never went above and beyond. I was never impressed by them and never did I get the "wow" factor you see from realtors on TV. After about a 5 year hiatus my gf and I decided to go back into the search for a new home when we stumbled across Kerry at an open house. From the start she was very informative, knowledgeable and had a charisma that we both had never experienced from a realtor before. We left that open house with her card wondering why we couldn't have found a realtor like her in our past searches. We gave her a call some weeks later and began the process of her as our realtor. After a few home visits we finally decided on the one and we couldn't be any happier with our choice and it could have never been done without the help of Kerry. In the field I work in we have a saying that goes "they were born an xray tech" and Kerry was definitely born a realtor.
